Monday Rides
Monday's ROC ride departs from Ingles #127 on Hwy. 9 in Lake Lure at 5:30 pm in the spring and late fall and at 6 pm during the summer. It is an "out and back" ride, so stronger riders may ride at their own pace; however, the ride is designed for absolute beginners. Those new to cycling should feel comfortable.
Thursday Rides
We plan to have up to 3 groups, B - 16 to 18 mph ,C - 14 to 16 , and D - 12 to 14, in order to include riders of all levels, all routes will be moderate climbing, more if a group chooses. Routes will range from 15 to 30 miles, depending on group preference. Fellowship afterwards determined by the group.
