RiversEDGE 5K

RUTHERFORDTON - The results are in for the RiversEDGE 5K at the beautiful Janua Coeli Foundation property on Hwy 64. Jonathan Thacker and Megan Glover took the top prizes among 62 partcipants at the only trail run in the Rutherford County Race Series.

Thacker remained in first place in the series standings and Lauren Powell held on to first for the women after her second place overall finish Saturday.

The race series takes a break for the next hot weeks of the summer and returns at the end of August for two tough but fun races at the Hickory Nut Gorge Olympiad.
