Race to the Fountain Results

FOREST CITY - Another successful race day in Rutherford County! The third race in the Rutherford County Race Series was actually two races with both a 5K and 10K completed as part of the Race to the Foundation event. Angie Burn and Lauren Powell are the current race series leaders on the female side while Cody Danner and Jonathan Thacker lead the men.

Next race is this Saturday June 11 with the Pound the Pavement 5K taking place at Rutherford Internal Medicine Associates.

To date, 275 runners have participated in the three series events, most of them from Rutherford County! Great to see so many people sweating!
