Running Race Series On!

Rutherford County Race Series is on!

RUTHERFORDTON - Lace up your running shoes and get ready to run fast and win cool stuff! The 2011 Rutherford County Race Series is up and moving. The Rutherford Outdoor Coalition and sponsors Puzzle Creek Outdoor Company and Rutherford Hosptial have partnered with 10 running events in the county and will crown county champions with prizes at the end of the year.

All you have to do is show up and run in at least five of the events over the year and you will eligible for prizes that include $500 worth of gear and gift certificates to the top male and female performers and $300 and $100 worth of cool stuff for second and third place respectively.
